Losing a family member is never easy, but these guys here are absolutely wonderful. I just received a condolence card from them and as it hurts my little man isn't with us anymore I'm taking comfort in that he was so well taken care of at this place. You can tell as soon as you walk in the door they're genuinely sincere about what they do. Forgive me for not remembering the woman's name but she told me they say a prayer before cremation takes place, I 100% do not doubt that and it truly means so much that they really do care. The circumstances weren't ideal but I'm glad I went here when I needed help. Thank you guys so much.
Everyone in there was absolutely amazing! After dealing with the untimely death of our cat and being stricken with grief they were able to provide a tremendous amount of comfort to us. My wife and I can't say enough good about the staff and how they treated our baby as if he was their own. I hope no one has to go through the pain of losing their pet but if you do this is where you need to go! Thank you Pet Heaven for all you guys did!
I highly recommend this place! Very compassionate and amazing staff/owners. They truly care about their clients. They give you a chance to say goodbye in a viewing room and the option to put your pet in a pet obituary in the paper. I appreciate how wonderful they treated me and the sympathy card they sent afterwards.
My bearded dragon passed and they were so helpful and sweet. Incredibly sensitive and efficient. After everything had been said and done they sent me a plaque with Sunny's name on it and a card expressing their condolences. Really amazing and so thoughtful.
The staff is extremely caring and sensitive during such a difficult time for pet owners. The owner Joe truly cares about his clients and their pets. They have a viewing room where you can say your goodbyes in private and even offer to put your pet's name in their monthly obituary in the news. Losing a pet is never easy, but Pet Heaven makes the process of memorials simple and cathartic.
