Dr. Mike provided an honest detailed explanation of what was going on with my young daughter. He listened to my concerns and factored them in. Not shying away from the possible difficulty treating a 3 year old in office would bring. His relatability and general kind energy brings trust and professionalism. While in the office his demeanor created the right atmosphere to work together as a team therefore I had no difficulty trusting his medical opinion.
