John’s assistance and training has been life changing for me. He’s always encouraging and motivating me to push myself. I now find myself going to the gym, even when I’m not scheduled, trying to control my blood sugar levels naturally, instead of relying on medications.
At my last session the pharmacist suggested I go back to the gym and hire a training coach. Maybe by having a coach, I’d be more apt to go to the gym.

So I went to the gym, and was introduced to John Heary. That first day John put me on a high protein diet and an exercise regimen. In just two weeks of working with John, my blood sugar levels dropped dramatically and I take 2/3 less insulin than before. Also, on the plus side, I lost 7 lbs.
