Are you FREAKING kidding me. Lines from hell with waiting from hell. Absolutely ZER0 parking too. There are literally 20 handicap spots and only 5 non handicap parking spots. Stupidest location with the stupidest NON parking I've ever seen in my entire life. NO WONDER..ITS NYS. RIDICULOUS. Not to mention..when my daughter took her drivers permit test..the staff busted her chops so hard (and others) it nearly put her into tears. She was nervous enough without them adding more stress ontop of taking the test. Clearly...the staff here is way too comfortable and not at all concerned about moving faster or losing their state job.
They really aren't kidding on the absurd wait times. If you get a 'B' ticket you may as well leave for at least an hour or more, as they literally only call one B# every 10 or so minutes.
Had one simple question. Have been on hold for 25 minutes. Cannot get answer online because website gets hung up and says it cannot sign me in. So that's my question. Online issues!
Worst dmv ever. Rude staff, obscene wait times, never again. Will renew by mail not worth the wait.
