Extremely poor service. He came out to assess a flooded basement and for the next two weeks I placed four calls to his office requesting a call back hoping to hear his assessment and plan to repair. He never called back. His office assistant apologized each time and promised he would call. I finally gave up and had another plumber come out. Truly bizarre
Could't get shower to turn off , Saturday afternoon , 1 call , he actually answered , no answer machine ....was at house in less than 30 min !In /out clean and below reasonable pricing!
We are having a bath remodel by Repp Contractors..Mr. Purtill was here today to do plumbing work..very prompt, considerate, immaculate. I would recommend them to anyone for any needed work.
