worst detail shop in buffalo. much better shop across the street.
Bought a Groupon deal. Had to call and leave messages 5+ over the course of 2 weeks just to get an appointment. Did a very poor job cleaning all around; could see where they cleaned seats and where they didn't, etc. Not even worth the price paid on Groupon.
My experience was great. It started when I was trying to get an appointment. I called got the VoiceMail and asked for a specific day. A few hours later I got a call back stating I could bring my Ford F150 in for the detail job I got on "Groupon" for the day I needed. The morning of the appointment I get a call from Eric and he asks if the truck in the driveway is mine, I loved the initiative but unfortunately it was not I was still 20 min away. Google had its hours starting at 9am and he called at 830am. I finally get there the door is open and no one is at the front desk. BUT there is a note on a hot pink sheet of paper that's states "if no one is at desk please come to shop area" . Perfect I thought to myself I walk back there and Eric introduces himself and takes the Groupon. They already told me it would be 3-4 hours so I was ok with the timing the only thing was my ride couldn't come get me. I knew there was a mall not too far so I was going to walk and Eric offered to give me a lift there 5 stars alone for that one. SERVICE IS EVERYTHING!!!! So after about 3 and a half hours at the mall I start my journey back its a 15 min walk and the day was beautiful so I didn't mind. I get back and they are putting the final touches on the truck and it looks amazing! Looks like it has a brand new paint job, clean, smells great and did I mention amazing. Now I'm not one to have my truck filthy but man I was impressed. Floors clean, doors, cup holders, mirrors, glass, wheels, EVERYTHING was top notch. I will definitely do business with California Detailing again.

I had (2) cars detailed there on June 23rd, 2015. They did a horrible job! Left parts of both vehicles un-vacuumed, widows streaked, left floor mats untreated, wax residue all over the hood and roof. One cars rugs were so wet they took 4 hours to dry. They lost one of the clips that holds the floor mats in place and replaced it with one that doesn't even work...and refuses to return my calls when I asked them to replace it. BEWARE!!!! Take your auto some place else!
