It was with utter disbelief that I read the recently posted vitriolic, bitter negative comment of a Mr. Leclerc concerning Orchard Park's Quaker Self Storage facility. Surely he was not talking about the same organization that I've gotten to know well since my change of residence led to their discovery. Mr. Leclerc quite obviously has an "axe to grind," and though I fail to see the link between the military service that he mentioned and this affair, I must admit the whole diatribe smacks of a situation with two definite sides to the story.
Excellent facility. Nice helpful personnel. Hard to get a unit here. No climate control.
Given my own extremely positive relationship with Quaker’s front office (having found Janice and Warren to be personable, flexible, and accommodating in all phases) you would tend to think that whether Quaker decides to enter the fray or let their customers ringing endorsements do the talking, eventually the facts will expose this angry comment. It is strangely lacking in necessary background details and in the final analysis totally unjustified and without foundation.

I have experienced other self-storage companies in the Buffalo area, and none, in my estimation, can compare to Quaker's conscientious service, reasonable rates, and 24-hour accessibility. One can have immediate contact with Janice, herself, as an emergency backup if the occasion ever arises. They are truly superb, and stand out in Western NY in this highly competitive field. I strongly urge anybody in search of a quality storage facility to embrace the Quaker experience and join the overwhelming majority of satisfied tenants. I'm convinced that you won't regret your decision. And Mr. Leclerc, I'm sorry but I adamantly disagree with your unfair, caustic assessment of Quaker Self Storage.
