In a nutshell: terrible. These doctors and practitioners (I never actually saw the doctor I signed up with), do not care about their patients. I have been in pain over a week and constantly calling for my test results so I could possibly start feeling better. I have been hung up on numerous occasions as well as "assured" I would be called right back. I have NEVER received a call back. I think every single receptionist there has a note up for me now. And yet, no results. Do NOT use this Practice if you expect to be taken care of. I'm still in pain and worried I will never be privy to my own test results of a week ago. Getting a new doctor ASAP.
Appointment was 10:45am. Waiting room time...40 minutes. Sat in a gown on a exam table for 30 minutes. Answered questions with an assistant for 3 minutes. Saw actual doctor for about 4 minutes.
Always go above and beyond to meet my mothers needs. Doctors know their stuff. So glad that they are so close to orchard park.
I find everyone in Dr Erickson's office to be caring, courteous, professional, friendly, and people who will go out of their way to help you. I highly recommend them!
