So it turns out this doctor has been lying to my wife and I for over a year at least, and now just asking them to phone in a different script, without bringing any of this up other than "We can't afford Advair", has gotten us nothing but a rude, condescending monster of a human being answering our calls, when they begrudgingly decide to answer one and the doctor completely ignoring our messages (if they're even being delivered). The person on the phone acts like a complete sociopath who hates every moment of their job from the very first word they utter on every single phone call. I can't even be surprised that no one has been calling us back for over a week now even with us calling daily.
Why in the hell is this office never open?? They don't even seem to accept phone calls until well after noon. Must be nice.
They truly are an amazing group of docs!, I've seen 3 m.d.'S and have to say all are top notch! Spend an extra amount of time with patient, teaching, making sure they have everything they need going out of their way in fact. Especially Dr. Greene!

My son has gone a week untreated for his asthma since these people refuse to return calls or call in a different prescription other than the Advair we used to get samples of, since it is prohibitively overpriced. As this became and immediate problem I did some research and discovered that it's not even supposed to be used as ongoing treatment for Asthma to begin with according to the FDA and the $3b lawsuit the government won against GSX.
My son's asthma has gone untreated other than his affordable allergy meds, but as his cough builds up and becomes more frequent, be aware that when this starts causing him pain you will have a very angry father to deal with in person.
