Service so great, and coffee so good, that we'd love to give five stars. However, the chain itself is not forthcomingly accommodating to special dietary needs, such as plantbased and kosher foods. Otherwise, a great place all around!
It was pretty good. The server was nice. The price was reasonable. The food was food, except one glitch. My wife's prime rib had a couple big pieces if fat in it. The server offered to do whatever to fix it but we declined as it wasn't a big deal.
Servers are excellent. Of course we are semi-regulars and they remember our drinks and order everyone. However, one of the hostesses could use some retraining. Some minor food issues but resolved. I gave you 4 stars because as I said before servers are awesome.
Good food cheap. If you have AARP card get 15% off on top of an already great price
While there was only 1 waitress on at 1am on a Saturday night, she was very attentive and pleasant. There was also only one cook on, he seemed to be overburdened. The bacon was under done as well as the sausage. The over easy eggs were well done with a hard yoke. The toast was made from stale bread and hardly toasted or buttered. The coffee was surprisingly good. Overall, not a good place after midnight.
Server was friendly, welcoming, attentive, conversational. Coffee was noticeably better than at locations previously visited. Dining area and restroom were clean. Server notified us of upcoming shift change; next server approached us right away; we never felt as if we were without service or unsure of who to ask for anything.
Excellent service. Surprisingly good coffee.
