This group is horrible. The doctor is very rude and judgemental. And if you don't answer there call right away they will blow up your phone. But you try to call them and no answer...
The incompetence I experienced at this group made me seriously fear for my safety as a patient.
Glad that my primary care physician left this practice b/c they are nothing but incompetent... I had several occasions where I made appointments and they tried cancelling on me especially when i made Saturday appointments which I had made months in advance...What an unprofessional practice!!!
After experiencing a serious medical episode, I called for some required follow up. I waited for 3 days, with no return phone call. Each time I called, I was offered to leave a voicemail. What is the point of leaving a voicemail, when they are not responded to in a timely fashion? After 3 days of this, I snapped, and lost my patience. I will admit to being pretty rude to the person on the telephone. It was at this time, that I finally got a return phone call. The phone call I received, however, was not to address my medical issue, but rather to chastise me for the tone and demeanor I had on the telephone with a member of their staff. That was enough for me to recognize that phone etiquette was a one way street with this organization. Evidently it was deemed perfectly excusable to NOT return my repeated phone calls, but it was unacceptable for me to raise my voice, and yes, even to curse. For that reason, I sent a letter to the practice, indicating that I was discharging them from their services as it related to my health care, and I asked that they send my medical records to my primary physician that I had replaced them with. What did this office do in response? They sent it CERTIFIED US MAIL. That means that I am now expected to go to the US Post Office to pick it up, because I actually do work during the day (as such, I would not be there for the requisite signature for the delivery). Again, incompetence on display. Never again, and I wouldn't send my worst enemy here.
