Sales rep whats totaly honest and fair. He did everything he said he was going to and he did it with a smile. I will definitely be renting from this location again. Prices are good, vehicle was spotless and he worked around my schedule. He stayed lated so i can pick up and drop off vehicle. I give this store and sales rep 5 stars because he truly earned and deserves it.
$269.54 for 4 days! We put 130 miles on the car. He didn’t seem to care when I got frustrated saying the company is very black and white on their policy. Do not go there! On a side note the car was not very clean and the tank was less than full. Of course we filled it
Good service, the workers and the managers were so professional and friendly, the only thing for not giving them the whole 5 is we tried to upgrade the veichle we rented and we had to go through some ruff time with the manager.

Worst customer service I’ve experiences in a long time. Our car was being repaired and we needed to rent a car. The salesman Mark encouraged us to rent for as long as possible saying we would save by not having extension fees added if we needed to have it longer We believed him and when we returned the car less than 4 days later we were told that we would not be getting a credit on the account
I reserved a car online for pick up today. The rude man that did not greet me because he was on a personal phone call made my entire experience with Avis absolutely awful. I went to use my debit card for payment and he rudly told me that it is not an acceptable form of payment and that without a major credit card he would not rent to me. I explained I did not have one and asked if there was any way he could use it and put a hold on it. I explained I was in a car accident a couple days back , he then said "well if you have good credit I may be able to help". I said it was fair, he replied with "I doubt it then". He ran it anyways, instantly said to me DENIED! He then asked me why I didn't have a major credit card and why I couldn't ask the man who drove me here ti use his. I replied "its none of your business and that my "father" does not have one either". At this point i was humiliated and decided to walk out. Unfortunately I will not be back, I understand rules and regulations of things but to disrespect a customer is unacceptable.
Very accommodating and nice crew. Cars in great shape and very affordable. Will definitely recommend to anyone.
