What they said on the phone is NOT what happened in the office. Your debit card is no good, unless your credit score is 750. You need to hold the car with a credit card then when you turn in the car you can pay with debit or cash. Can't pay ahead of time. There were 4 of us in that day and none of us were able to rent a car.
Terrible customer service. Save yourself the trouble and use the Hertz location right up the road.
Car was dirty inside and out. Quoted one price but 150 dollars more on drop-off. Don't rent from here.
