It was a PERFECT Hertz Car rental at the Hamburg location, on Camp road. I was greeted and setup by Great Company Rep. named ' TIM '
My husband and I decided to take a road trip and made our reservations on line. We originally were to have a few people with us and so we reserved a pretty large vehicle. When our companions fell through we wanted to change the size of vehicle and we did so online again and were slightly disappointed because we couldn't get the size we wanted. I called the 1800 number and they told me that this location didn't offer that size. When we got to the location we explained what we did and told them what we were really looking for. To our surprise they had a car the size we wanted available. I was a little nervous because usually when we upgrade the cashiers soak us the difference. That was not the case this time we just paid the difference that it would have been had we been able to do so online. The gentleman that we worked with was very nice and understanding. The difference in the car really made our 10 hour road trip much more enjoyable and because of this we will use this location again. He even told us that if we run into that again to call them and they will update the reservation for us so that they have available what we are looking for next time. This location is right around the corner for me and their hours made pick up and return very convenient.
In the Future, I will always give HERTZ my first call for a Rental, their prices seem to beat Enterprise every time.
An excellent location. The staff, especially Melissa was extremely helpful, and very personable. She really helped us out when we were in a tight spot, and was very easy to communicate with. We were stuck on the road, and she was able to solve our issues remotely. Would absolutely rent from here again! Thanks again for the fantastic service.
