They had a great selection of travel trailers, new and used. We purchased a new one, and it was a good experience. our salesperson worked hard to get us the trailer we wanted at the price we were looking to pay. They took the time (3 hours) to train us on the operation of our trailer and hitch, at no extra cost.
The sales team is awesome! As for the service department, that is another story. My brand new grand design momentum 350m has been out of service for over a month. My whole camping season has been ruined! Every time I take it out something breaks on it and the service department takes their good old time to fix it. Almost every time I call to get am update they say that they will need to call me back or they aren't available. Nine times out of ten they don't even call back. The service sucks and I'm pissed.
Very good experience if you are in the position to buy an RV. We went to 4 other places in central and western New York and Colton by far was the best. They were the only ones who had their used products prepared for selling. The service and people are great. Can not say enough good things about them.
