Dropped off my Madza for recall work. Process was started right away and I was given a shuttle ride to work as I did not wish to wait the 3 to 4 hours they said it would take. My car was ready at 1:40 .... the shuttle to pick me up to take me back did not get me until close to 5:30 and that was after I called and left two messages with the service department. Seems someone forgot to tell the Afternoon driver I needed to be picked up. That is the reason I had to deduct a star.
They are well organized. They take the time to explain the work to be performed. Most important they treat you as being appreciated and welcome. A nice friendly staff of experts. I trust them and highly recommend their service department .
