****Don't shop here! Buyer beware! I leased a brand new truck that was "supposed to handle" the type of towing I described to the salesman, upon picking the vehicle up the brake controller was never installed and I was told I would have to pay out of pocket. I've sent numerous pictures of how the truck sits on the bump stops when i tow to the salesman who stated he was working on resolving the issues, 3+ month's later and dozens of phone calls with no resolution the dealer and a guy named "Jim " stated there's nothing they can do to help, they won't buy the vehicle back and I'm stuck with it. I am now forced to call Ram customer service to attempt to resolve these issues. I now understand why this dealership has a "2 star " rating. Save yourself the trouble and shop at another dealership!
TERRIBLE!...They would not honor lemon law warranty and I spent literally thousands of dollars to travel back and forth from where I live in Virginia to NY trying to get my money. I made multiple trips and wasted lots of time on the phone. It took an entire year before getting what they should've covered no questions. I emailed and faxed the receipts to them twice because they had "lost them" I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership and I most certainly will not refer to other. Unless you want a dreadful experience, don't go here.
Excellent service from sales to financial. Great job such a smooth honest transaction. I will be buying my car from them next year thanks so much. There is no dealership worse then this one. I bought a truck years ago from them and had nothing but problems for two and a half years out of the three years I had it when they screwed up paperwork with my extended warranty and then destroyed my truck when they needed to paint it from that warranty I bought and now I get 30 calls a week from warranty companies that want to extend the warranty on my truck that I don't even have anymore. Every one of these warranty companies states that the dealership gives them my information. I've let this go for a long time trying to call and talk to a manager to see what can be done about this. Everytime I call I get transferred around about 5 times to five different voicemails and haven't got a return call in a year.
