I could not be more pleased with my recent experience at West Herr. The lease for my 2015 rogue was in its final six months so on august 30th I showed up to inquire about a few interesting offers for august that I received in the mail (but presumed they were to good to be true). Turns out, I was wrong! Jim and Nate worked together to give me a deal that I could not walk away from. However, I am a thoughtful, rational person and I had serious concerns about making such an impulsive decision without much time to really do my due diligence. Like most people, I was anxious about lacking the knowledge & information I needed to not get conned. And yet, as I step back and evaluate my experience at West Herr, all of that concern and anxiety dissipates. Nate, Jim, and the entire team at West Herr genuinely made me feel like family. I was honestly taken aback at how much they worked with me and the lengths they were willing to go to make me feel confident that I wasn't being played. Isn't that what we all want when buying/leasing a car? To feel like the deal they gave you is the deal they would give to their son/daughter/wife/father etc. Working with the team at West Herr genuinely altered how I perceive car salesmen -- they're not all bad or determined to pull the wool over your eyes! It is indeed possible to find a team that works *with* you and leaves you feeling confident you were treated fairly and earnestly.
